We have Accommodation around Cape Town’s Helderberg area on the S-Cape tourism route - in Strand, Somerset West and Gordons bay area. This is very conveniently located. It is only a stone’s through from Strand’s long stretched out beach in the Helderberg Basin. Its got a lovely earthly atmosphere and its a short walk to the beach, Shops, mall and train station.

This is a great base on the S-Cape Tourism route from which to explore the False Bay, nature reserves, the whale- and wine routes. We are a quick walk from the long, famous beach, with its stretch of high rises and vibey eateries. Come relax in a tranquil garden with water features (get your zen on), a braai so you don’t get hungry. DSTV and free wi-fi so you don’t lose touch with the unreal world. Our guesthouses are self-catering so we have a fully equipped kitchen .There’s also a great surf spot nearby.

We have in house Tour operators to advise you on- and take you to the wine farms. Ask about the very special Penguin, Cheetah and whale tour that ends up on the wine farms… We have 8 on/off road Scooters on site that are available for hire or we can take you on a guided tour to discover all the local secrets. This very special tour takes you on a Scooter or a 4×4 off-road tour to the historical hidden Ox wagon tracks as they were carved out in the Hottentots Holland mountains. This takes you to spectacular viewpoints of the whole False Bay and visiting the 2 best wine farms on the route. Our 4×4 day excursions are also very popular.

We are direct in the centre of the surrounding areas like Somerset West 4 km, Cape Town 40 km, Stellenbosch 18 km’, Hermanus 40 km, Paarl 55 km and Franschoek 65 km. Go climb the grotesque mountain directly from our doorstep. View the ocean’s beauty! Walk to the beach 4min. This equates to Vibey pubs and lovely romantic restaurants with loads of atmosphere. Jump on a character filled old Norwegian fishing trawler for sunset trips to have a look at the real culmination of earth, water and fire. Supermarkets and other shops are 200 meters away. Enjoy tranquil farm style with all the vibey action just around the corner!
